Stuart Trower is an exciting and constantly evolving chef, with worldwide culinary experience in both the restaurant and catering industry. After starting his career in 1991 in the Lake District of the UK, working under well renowned chefs for 9 years, Stuart made the move to Canberra, Australia, in early 2000. He was co-founder and owner of the multi-award-winning TopGun Catering until 2015, and opened Catering by Stuart Trower in 2016 to allow him a chance to work with more of the fine dining events he loves.
