Grazing tables provide your guests with an assortment of hot or cold items from which they can fill a plate according to their own preferences. They’re a lighter and more versatile alternative to a buffet, giving your guests a chance to mingle and the freedom to return as many times as they like.  As they provide the chance to arrange the food along with decorative elements, grazing tables can also be a stunning addition to your wedding decor.

All of our grazing tables are custom designed to suit each and every customer and event.  Included in the prices is a skilled representative from Catering by Stuart Trower, to help serve, clean up, and assist your guests with the delectable treats on offer.

What’s on the table?

We love our local suppliers and believe they create some of the most amazing foods available, so we aim to include lots of local produce on our tables.  The range of items will vary depending on availability season to season, but we work to include as much variety as possible so your guests have a great range of delicious treats to graze from.

Meats:  Cured and fresh meats, the range may include a variety of mild and hot salamis, smoked hams, proscuitto, Italian and Spanish style sausages and pancetta along with other delicacies.

Cheese:  A variety of products including French brie, stinky blues, camembert and vintage cheddars.

House-made accompaniments:  We make a large range of seasonal pickles, relishes, jams, chutneys and dips which pair beautifully with the gorgeous produce our local region has to offer.  Our tables also include other accompaniments such as quince paste and spicy mustards.

Vegetables:  Pickled onions, dill pickles, marinated olives, zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin, fire-roasted capsicum, mushrooms, artichokes and other delicious produce feature on our tables.

Fruits and nuts:  Your guests will discover a range of fresh sliced and carved fruits, dried and dehydrated fruits, and mixed nuts to complement the other treats on offer.

Breads:  The perfect side for a range of goodies!  We’ll provide a range of breads from fresh sourdough, rye and pumpkin loaves, handmade lavosh, grissini and crackers.

A gorgeous selection of fresh seafood complemented by delicious antipasto and accompaniments.

– pork crackle sand, black pepper and lemon zest syrup

– green chilli, coriander, mint and lime salsa

Pricing:  $40 per person for minimum 25 people, up to 50 people; $20 for each additional person thereafter.

The Gourmet Grazer

Our most popular table.  Great as an alternative to an entree before a more formal sit-down or buffet-style meal, or as a more substantial and relaxed alternative to canapés. 

Selection of cured and smoked meats

Range of pickles and marinated vegetables including eggplant, zucchinis, fire-roasted capsicum, artichokes, balsamic mushrooms, caramelised onions and more

Cheeses including French brie, Tasmanian blue, mature cheddar and pesto marinated bocconcini

Selection of fruit including fresh and dried fruits

Variety of artisan breads including pumpkin and seeded breads, and a range of crackers

Optional Extras

Fresh flowers to decorate your table $100.  Chosen to match your theme and colour scheme, fresh flowers help to tie the table into the decor of your venue and enhance its visual impact.

Drinks station $7 per person.  A selection of delicious non-alcoholic drinks that will complement the food on offer and are sure to impress.  Forget the usual soft drinks and plain water, we’ll serve your guests a unique range of delicately infused soda, mineral waters, juices, handmade lemonades and iced teas all served in our gorgeous range of glass drink dispensers.  We’ll work with you to select a range of drinks you and your guests will love, with a huge list of options including nectarine and basil lemonade, orange ginger and lemongrass mineral water, apple and cinnamon juice, and handmade lemonade infused with fresh raspberries, to name just a few.
